Vina Electric launched the 5S movement for all its employees.

On the morning of September 23, 2023, the Human Resources and Administration Department of the company held a meeting for all factory employees to launch the 5S movement.

5S is a workplace management and organization method that builds an environment where efficiency, cleanliness, and organization are prioritized through activities such as maintaining the hygiene of machinery and equipment, and arranging everything in an orderly manner.

At Vina Electric, too, since its establishment, the 5S movement has been integrated into the company's production culture. The purpose of the 5S movement is to encourage continuous improvement in each employee, starting from the smallest details of their work. This helps to enhance responsibility, increase output efficiency, and build an orderly organization, providing employees with a convenient and safe working environment and increasing individual self-discipline. Good habits are formed through proper organization of items, keeping the workspace clean, and practicing these habits regularly to minimize waste.

5S also enhances mutual understanding and support among employees and management levels. It strengthens teamwork, creating a work environment where everyone shares, helps, and connects with each other, resulting in 100% of production teams agreeing with and supporting the movement, determined to achieve rewards!
