PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
24kV Polymer Insulator Stands used on 24kV overhead lines are polymer insulators with good water resistance, crack resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. They are suitable for outdoor installation and operation under humid tropical climates, coastal areas, salt spray, industrial pollution areas, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
Currently in Vietnam, polymer insulator stands are widely used for 24kV and 35kV lines. In addition, 110kV substations are also using polymer insulator stands to replace traditional ceramic insulators.

The product is manufactured on the most advanced automated injection molding technology currently available. Designs and production comply with TCVN, IEC, ANSI standards, etc. Its function is to insulate between the power line and non-energized objects such as crossarms and poles. It increases leakage current compared to traditional ceramics. It is lightweight, easy to install and transport, reducing transportation, packaging, storage, and installation costs. It is suitable for wires with cross-sections from 30-240mm². It is impact resistant, UV resistant, abrasion resistant, antifungal, and highly flame retardant. It has a self-cleaning surface. Its high durability makes it suitable for marine environments, industrial pollution, and tropical conditions.
